About the Event
Stay healthy, well and connected. Learn techniques to use every day to improve your health and wellbeing with gentle stretching, mindful movements, targeted breathwork and a calming relaxation.
During this workshop you will experience yoga especially modified for you, your body and mind. For this workshop we will be doing yoga on chairs, with the option of standing, if you prefer.
The regular practice of yoga may reduce:
- feelings of stress
- symptoms of anxiety
- your body’s inflammation
- the health of your heart
- symptoms of depression
- chronic pain
It may also improve your:
- quality of life
- quality of sleep
- balance and flexibility
- immune system
- eating habits
What to bring: All you need to bring is a bottle of water and a shawl/pashmina for the relaxation exercise. Please wear comfortable clothes, including socks.

A donation of $20 is suggested. All donations over $2 are tax deductable.
Please note: this event is ONLY open to women or individuals who have or suspect they have endometriosis.
